The Inner City Handball Association in partnership with the NYC Parks and Recreation will host the 29th Annual City Council Speaker’s Cup Handball Tournament (formerly the Mayor’s Cup) in Memory of Jim Jacobs philanthropist and Handball Champion on July 27 & 28, 2024 in Coney Island, Brooklyn.
